ERS Council Elections 2023

 

Nominations for elections to the Society’s Council are now open!

The Council is the governing body of the Society, with ultimate responsibility for its governance and administration. The Council consists of 12 elected members (and up to 3 additional co-opted members), elected every other year by the membership using the Single Transferable Vote.

Nominations are open to members of the Society from Wednesday 12 July to Friday 1 September 2023. The full timetable, including important post-election dates for successful candidates, is set out in the Election Timetable section of this page.

To submit a nomination, please click the button below. You will be asked to:

  • complete your details
  • provide a structured election statement
  • declare any conflict of interests or financial interests
  • upload a photograph
  • make a declaration that you will comply with the Society Byelaws

The closing date for nominations is 23:59 on Friday 01 September 2023.
